1. About These Terms
These Terms govern your access to the RemiMed website and mobile application (together, the "Service"), operated by RemindMed S.L., Madrid, Spain ("RemindMed", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility, Health and Acceptable Use
Eligibility: You must meet the minimum age applicable in your country. Where local law requires parental or guardian consent, you may only use the Service with that consent.Medical disclaimer: RemiMed helps you organize medication schedules, reminders and related information. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and is not a substitute for a healthcare professional. Always follow the instructions of your doctor, pharmacist and medication label. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.Accounts and acceptable use: You are responsible for accurate account information and protecting your login credentials. You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Service, introduce harmful code, use it unlawfully or infringe the rights of others. Report suspected unauthorized access to support@remindmed.es.
3. Intellectual Property and Availability
The Service, brand, software and content are owned by RemindMed S.L. or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RemindMed S.L. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.
5. Privacy and Changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data and forms part of these Terms. We may update these Terms and will communicate material changes in the app and/or website. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
6. Purchases, Governing Law and Contact
Paid plans and in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices, billing periods, renewals, cancellations and refunds are subject to the information shown at purchase and Apple’s applicable rules.
